We reject the clinical narrative. This fellowship is a competitive, professional accelerator for Nigerian Warriors who demand career growth, adult care strategy, and peer leadership.

Fellows match with elite mentors living with SCD. You must commit to weekly strategy sessions, career workshops, and active peer-to-peer collaboration.

We do not collect clinical histories, drug regimens, or hospital records. Selection is based entirely on your professional ambition, drive, and personal story.
